Cooking Class in DTLS
The wife and I attended a vegetarian cooking class last night at A Thyme for Everything in downtown Lee’s Summit. Jenny Steffens was the chef preparing the meals. Not knowing what I was getting myself into I brought my camera along to take shots of K making a mess. Turns out we did none of the cooking, so I was able to spend most of the time shooting and learning more about cooking veggies. Jenny posted over on her blog the recipes along with the photos I shot last night. Very good stuff. K has already made the eggplant parmesan for lunch. We are looking forward to throwing out all of our salad dressings and making our own.
