Another year is almost closed out. This year marks the most miles I have ever covered by foot, by sea or by pedal. Today Makes 70
I didn’t plan or set-out to do this; it just happened. I didn’t say to myself “..I”m going to run at least a 5K every day for 70+days..” I just wanted to run at least 3m a day (little more for the 5K obviously). Today marks the 70th day of doing so. Tomorrow Makes 50
50 straight days running. No toenails have fallen off. No major injuries. I typically have stronger runs in the evening after I’ve had my morning one. It feels good. I feel good. Monday makes three months without drinking, which is a lot easier once you get past the first couple of weekends and outings. All in all an interesting experiment.
I may have stayed up past 12am so I could count my run for tomorrow/today.. nothing better than a run in the rain at night. Don’t tell K
